"I needed to return a book for a class I was no longer taking and the page to print the return labels wouldn't load. After I attempted to contact a representative through email (a phone number was not available) I didn't get a response within two days like I was supposed to according to the conformation email either time. Within a week the 21 days I had to return the book ran out, with still no sign of a representative. Finally after going to their Facebook page I was able to contact them and get the matter sorted out. After a week and a half I finally received a response from a skyo representative and by then everything was fixed."
