Horrible
"It’s like a scam.
I ordered a camera from Adorama
It’s not an open box bmcc6k it’s broken and used. Cfexpress dead, scratches on the body, grease on the screen and resolve licence already open.
I have to pay for dhl 2 times (to the store + tax and all the dhl fees).
Adorama have no regret they loose nothing but for me is 500$ lost if I return the camera.
I’m gonna call visa and blackmagicdesign tomorrow.
