Dedicated service, great products
"I go to ePromos primarily for pens and journals that we customize. We're always pleased with the products, but am giving four stars because I didn't know who my rep was after several staffing changes since my last order. It's great that I'm assigned a person, but when I get a bunch of intro emails, I no longer know who to contact when I'm ready to order. This time when I tried to re-order the proof was sent to someone who has never worked with our company and the order was lost, causing a significant delay because I had to reach out again to follow up--this time via chat since my email contact was not successful from my side of things. Once I was connected to my new rep, everything was great: order placed quickly, updates sent regularly (important with all the supply challenges we have these days!), and the pens were finally delivered."
