"Ordered a Boston Accoustics Radio-ipod dock. The unit was had interference in the speakers and static after a couple of days. I contacted DAKmart and requested credit. Customer Service said I could send it back to Boston Accoustics and would be issued a credit. I sent it back to Boston Accoustics and they sent it back to me. When I received it back, part of one of the internal speakers had come loose. I contacted them again and said I wanted a refund; after about two weeks (I sent it back on 05/21 and today is 06/06) I was notified by DAKmart that they would not issue me a refund and I would have to contact the credit card company. The credit card company will not do anything because the merchant is more than 250 miles away. I will never do business with these people again and I am warning anyone thinking of buying fro DAKmart to either not do business with these people or make sure you have some type of buyer protection plan."
