"Zero is too good a rating for this company. Recently placed an order online and after a week, no email notification that it had been processed let alone shipped. Tried to contact the company to see what's up and that's when it got interesting. No response to our emails and no phone number anywhere on the internet for this company after an extensive search. Got a number from our Paypal receipt. Called the number and the auto answer said I had indeed reached "poolstoreoutlet" yet when I asked the rep if they had a website he said it was backyarpoolandspa.com Claims he never heard of poolstoreoutlet.com.and had no record of our order. Imediately called Paypal and filed a dispute to try to get our money back."
