"I had done plenty of business with PBK in the past with no problems. That changed. My last order on 8/25/14 never arrived. Going on 2 months now and they are the WORST with customer service! A total run around. Disclaimer forms? You need to have a printer and print the form out. What? I am livid! Calling my bank and am going to cancel the order. I'm sick of their BS. DO NOT give them the business. ORDER at your own risk! Uhhhhhhhhh"
