Excellent service
"I ordered a window control panel I received it within a week it was able to unlock my windows which was great for me but unfortunately the motor was not good I emailed them they promptly got a hold of me sent me a phone number for me to call called them they sent me out a new motor and unfortunately these were the last two parts they had for my kind of car she told me if this didn’t work she would just refund me however it does work but doesn’t work it rolled my driver side window down like I needed but has a glitch in it and keeps rolling it down I emailed her on a Saturday saying I would just like to go ahead and start the refund process promptly on a Saturday refunded my money and the money I spent for a warranty. It’s unfortunate that they do not have my part but they were WONDERFUL at customer service. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had I was not expecting that but I’m telling you what if I could order everything from them I would that’s how comforting this experience was thank you very much OEM auto parts. By the way I am from Oregon!"
