"I should read so many bad reviews by the others. My order is cancelled by Katerno Inc too. They allured me by low price to their website through Google Search. I think Goolge should do something about this company to keep them from cheating customers, it just waste your time to order from their website. Their customer service make you think you are the fool who believe that price is real."

"Very rude service! Don't want to do any bussiness with them! Bad and defected module! The sales person thinking it is normal to ship the defect module to customers. Here is the first E-mail I received when I found it is not compatable with my PC, please judge it by yourself. "Hello ###, if this module is not working correctly it is a fault in the memory, not a compatibility issue and we apologize for that. The memory is simply defective and would need to be replaced. It is the correct ram for this computer." Second letter about the buyback envelope: "You can go to Rite Aid or CVS or Walgreens or such and purchase abubble-wrap lined mailer for under 50 cents. You could use one of those tosend it back"----Actually I paid $3.00 for the buyback envelope. Don't buy the envelope!"
