"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AND EXPECT TO GET YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!! Customer service takes 10-15 minutes, which you have to call if you haven't received your order, and they don't always provide a tracking number. Plus, they REFUSE to refund your order if they failed to ship it to you when they promised. Instead, you have to wait and, if you still don't receive your order a week after the date they told you they'd ship it, you have to call again, be put on hold again, in order to receive a rebate. Don't use Costco.com if you actually want to receive your order quickly, even if they promise a next day delivery!!!! Order from Amazon instead!!!!"
