"My shopping experience was a little frustrating. I received an email receipt immediately after placing my order on Aug. 31. I then did not receive any further information regarding shipment of my order. I finally emailed customer service on Sept. 8, to find out when I could expect to receive my order. I did receive a prompt response to that email, including tracking information for my shipment, and was told delivery was scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9. This worked out well, since I was already going to be home from work that day. However, instead of delivery of my order on that day, I received a phone call from the carrier. I was told I actually had to set up an appointment for delivery, and the first available time was on the following Monday. This meant I had to take time off to be home for delivery of an order that was supposed to have been delivered the previous week. I was happy with the tile once the order was finally received."
