"This company offers great products at excellent prices, but with no customer service. I contacted them twice after finding a defective part in my order. The product's packaging states any defective item will be replaced by the dealer or manufacturer. Botachtactical.com has not responded to either of my e-mails placed over the space of 6 business days."

"I ordered an oem version of xp pro. I chose Eagle because they had a number of high ratings on price comparison sites and their price was very reasonable. My version of xp pro came on time, with everything needed to register with Microsoft. This included the coa, manual and install cd. The product key was legitimate and everything came in a sealed, unopened package. I would not hesitate to order from Eagle again."
