"Purchased Siemans top of the line DECT 6.0 phone system $600. Very poor reception(100 feet), caller ID not working and phones don't answer incoming calls. Company wants to charge ME 20% restocking fee for Defective phones!!! Once they have your money the won't refund in full no matter what happens."
