Great Customer Service!
"I manage a short-term rental in rural Montana that needed the hardware on the main entrance replaced AGAIN! The hardware was originally and subsequently (re)installed by the owner, who basically "rigged" the hardware, thus the multiple replacements. Ron spent several minutes on the phone with me determining the correct hardware needed for the situation, and I am very happy to say that I have had ZERO issues post facto. Ron did an absolutely fabulous job! He deserves a raise!"
