"Placed an order for my mother in law (I wouldn't normally purchase from this company/most of their products are cheap junk) anyway, the day after purchasing online received email for free shipping. Requested that they honor the request and credit us the difference. Lame excuse for not doing that is because the order shipped. Paleeze! I KNOW they can issue a credit - shipping has nothing to do with it! Never have issues like this with Amazon. Hope they put them out of business soon! Amazon rules - Harriet Carter drools! Don't want their trash catalogs or emails!"
