"I was honestly nervous about ordering from BoardCo at first because they are so far away from me (I'm in GA whereas they are in UT). I ordered the watch anyway because of the great price. I received the watch within the promised three days and was sorely disappointed when I opened the box. The watch had a scratch on the band and seemed to be discolored on the bezel. But just as promised they accepted my return with no problems. They sent me a return call tag via email and even shipped out the replacement watch before they received the returned one. Great company, excellent customer service!"
