"Broderbund cancelled order because "legitimate", current, promo codes I entered made the product too cheap. Terrible customer service attitude. They should have sold it anyway and gained a new customer that would have bought upgrades, and other products, now I will never buy anything from Broderbund again."

Posted Mar-01-2006Unfortunately, I have some bad news for both of us. I'm writing about the Maxtor hard drive bundle that you recently purchased from TigerDirect. That order was shipped in error. The bundle should have included a 160GB hard drive and a Cintre enclosure. Due to an error on our site, the bundle shipped with a 300GB hard drive, instead. If you ordered one of these Maxtor bundles, be advised that we have recalled the shipment. You will receive an immediate refund in the amount of the purchase, including all shipping costs. Please accept our apologies for any and all the inconvenience that this has caused you.
