"My order still lists "Processing". I had to spend hours on the phone to give them the CVV number on my credit card because they didn't ask for it at check out. That was three weeks ago, and my order still shows "processing". Contacting them is a nightmare. Email might as well not exist, and phones have weird hours with exceptionally long wait times (>90 minutes). I'm trying to cancel my order, but may have to resort to blocking the card."
