"Ordered systemworks and pc anywhere. They messed up and sent me 2 systemworks and charged me for both. Sent it back but only refunded purchasing price. I got screwed on their shipping and my shipping back to them. I might as well just kept it. They have a lot of nerve punishing me for their mistakes. Cheap *****!"

"Awesome! Great Customer Service! One item was broken and they shipped me a brand new one right away, no questions asked. Very helpful and courteous. Only thing that bothers me is the packaging. It seems as though the items were not in original packaging. Not sure though."
