It was so long that I assumed that Pelican took my money and ran. When I tried to contact you through customer service. I received word that email address was not good. Your website had my order as unchangeable for 6 weeks of the 8 weeks it took to get the product. This made it look like it was on the way. The true need for the product came and went before the case ever arrived."
