Great Tool for Finding Toner for your Printer
"I want to Shoplet to get some new toner for my printer. They had a great tool that all I had to do is put in the model number of my printer and they provided me with all of the available toner options for my printer. Shoplet made the process so easy. And ever better, I got free shipping and my order arrived the next business day. On another order, I needed some basic office supplies for a project I was working on - I ordered some colored paper, file folders and some colored hi-lighters. Again the order came the next day. On this order the paper was not in the best shape when it arrived. I called Shoplet's customer service number, got directly connected to a representative and was told that a replacement would be sent out immediately. I received my replacement item timely and was provided with easy and simple directions for the return of the damaged item. Even with an error in getting a product to me, Shoplet provided excellent customer service in getting the issue corrected. You keep a customer when you are able to solve a problem in a fast and effective manner. I will continue to use Shoplet in the future."
