"I ordered the same $2600 laptop(same configuration) from another reseller and it arrived with a damn stuck white pixel which wouldn't go away no matter what I tried so I sent back for a refund.
I turned to AVADirect(something I should have done in the first place!) They were very helpful during the whole process and when I used their online chatting system to see how the building process was getting along customer service was extremely professional and friendly. The longer wait(because it was custom built) is justified by the meticulous building process AVADirect take on themselves to make sure everything works perfectly!
