"The printer I ordered arrived DOA- no power at all. I sent in a request for RMA via their website and got no response. I sent an e-mail with no response either. Finally, I called and talked to Lynn. He said that he would get to the RMA's soon. A couple days pass and still no response. I called again and he said that he would get to them soon. I pressed him to just RMA it over the phone and he replied 'well you've had it for nearly two weeks- send the printer to HP for repair!' I told him that I ordered a new printer and expected it to work. Besides that, if they would have RMA'd it promtply ith wouldn't have been nearly 2 weeks. I did sent it back to them (at my shipping expense) and they did send a brand new printer."

"Webuildpcs/Abilitywholesale/theoverclockerztore- sort of out of business. All the assets were sold to a company called d-n-rcomputers.com and the domain names were sold to noblepcs.com. Webuildpcs is still going to sell OCZ high-end memory - still at the same location for now but probably not for long."
