Broken payment system... Horrible customer service
"I tried to place an order for EDP and when I tried to proceed with my payment their web page timed out and asked me to redo the payment as it never went through, I tried again and the same error happened 2 times. So I decided to do it the next day. I was surprised when I found that FragranceNet.com charged my card 3 times. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service by email and on the phone for the last 3 days and no one get back to me. I have tried many times and after waiting for over 2 hours on the phone no help. I will file dispute against the 3 charges with my CC company.. Horrible customer service.."
