EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
"Not an accommodating company to work with first of all. Secondly, I ordered a matching bracelet for my daughter and her new baby (the first baby in our family) for her first Mother's Day and I couldn't be more disappointed. Online it looks like the engraving was large enough for the naked eye to read however in reality you cannot read the engraving. I think I remember being able to read a name on a grain of rice back in the day more than I can see this. I contacted the company, expressed my dissatisfaction with the size of the font they used and basically was told 'sorry... not sorry'. I'm the unproud owner of this junk now. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Not for anything. Keep shopping around. I have major buyers remorse and remorse for NOT shopping around more. 4-20-2021"
