What I received very different from what I ordered
"I purchased a hat online and received the hat a week later. What I received was very different from the images online when I purchased the hat (the thread on the hat I received was super shiny and font was different). I contacted their Customer Service but was informed they don't issue refunds but they offered to replace the hat.
