Sent wrong remote. Unwilling to make it right.
"I ordered a specific remote and was sent a generic knock off. The remote that was sent operated about 30% of the functions on my device. Tech support was useless, basically telling me to read the manual of the original remote (which is way different than what was sent. They refused my demand for a refund based on waiting a few months to actually check the thing out. STAY AWAY!"
