"Terrible experience with my prescription glasses order. When I received the order, I was shocked that the lens are sticking outside the frame (a RayBan plastic frame) in the front. If the lens are slightly thicker than the frame, then the lens should be flush with frame in the front, but can be a little bit outside in the back. In my 30+ years of wearing and buying prescription glasses from all different places, it's always this case. I don't know if Glasses.com has any quality check before mailing to customers, and how can my order pass the check.
The worst thing is that this happened to the replacement order too: I called and was told they will send me a replacement order and fix the issue. However they said they only send replacement out after receiving the return. I returned and mailed the first order back, and then got the replacement order in the mail and it's the same issue. I seriously think that they just sent the same pair back. It puzzled me: how can they just bluntly send customers a product with such obvious and silly errors, even after I told them the issue and they said they can correct it?
Called/online chatted with the customer service twice and asked for a refund this time. Three weeks of time wasted and I'm waiting for my refund now.
My advice to people who are looking for buying prescription glasses online: there are tons of other choices and stay away from glasses.com"
