"Decor Planet admittedly sent me the wrong product so I ordered a replacement immediately because it took 8 months for the original to arrive. I then returned the ‘mistake’ in pristine, never installed condition and when my refund never arrived Venice told me I was not getting a refund because the product was ‘used’. The pictures she sent me were not of a used product but of one that had been intentionally and deliberately destroyed by Decor Planet to avoid refunding me for their mistake. This company is unethical and dishonest, avoid at all costs."
