"If you order the wrong product in error - in this case suction versus pressure pool cleaner and attempt to exchange it for a more expensive item you are told you have got a 25% restocking fee and heck a list of return demands including do not dare touch the packaging as he only has that for a resale - never in all my years have I experienced such a difficult vendor for such a simple replacement. A fathers day gift that went wrong and a vendor that I truly recommend you should avoid, stick to Amazon for purchases, they are easy to deal with and no issues with returns."
