"Great customer service rep, immediately took actions to help me regarding my issue, solved and and was very understanding the entire time. If more businesses had employees like him they would all do so much better. and then when I was answering the questionnaire on the phone, I accidentally hit a number before I heard the question. If it was a bad answer I didnt mean it man! If it was me liking the service then perfect! haha I hope you see this someday."
