"Ordered a Grom Audio Bluetooth kit through Autotoys.com about a month ago. Very satisfied with the product and price. Price is why I purchased on Autotoys. Here's what I didn't care for about the company. HORRIBLE customer service if you do not prompt your emails as URGENT. They have about 5 different levels of email priorities you can chose from; starting with STANDARD all the way up to CRITICAL. After purchasing the order and not hearing from Autotoys for almost a week, I decided to send them an email. I wasn't in the biggest rush, so I chose the STANDARD priority. Nothing. Send another STANDARD priority email the next day, nothing. Sent another STANDARD priority the third day, nothing. Finally, when I sent the email on the higher priority they have (URGENT) and telling them I would give them a horrible review if I did not hear from them, I finally heard from them the next day! Then when I did here from them, they said my order will be shipped straight from the manufacture within the next 2-3 business days, which translates to them barely acknowledging my order after almost two weeks. Had I not sent all those emails, who knows how long it would have took! If you're going to order from this company, email them from the very begging and always send your emails URGENT status or higher. Seems to be the only way they will acknowledge you."
