NOT a full refund!
"I purchased a graphic novel that was listed in "new" condition but when I received the book it was obviously not, looked to be read and had a ding on one of the corners. I should have realized as this was normally a book listed as "out of stock". No initial problem when I contacted customer service, was told to send the book back, which I did. My complaint is that they only reimbursed me for the cost of the book and NOT the initial shipping fee nor the return shipping fee! So basically I am out around $11 in shipping fees for a $19 book that I no longer have! I will never order from them again."
