Wow. $10 Off Coupon As Compensation For Damaged Product
"I am a "new" customer with Lucky Gunner. In a two month period I placed three separate orders totaling almost $2000. The first two orders went fine. The third case...costing $580 + $20 s&h...had loose rounds clinking around in it when the UPS guy handed me the box. Upon opening it I found that several of the boxes inside had ruptured...presumably from rough handling. I alerted Lucky Gunner to the problem...the cans were not packed properly...and I sent them photos of what I saw upon opening the can. I did NOT ask for a refund, return, exchange or imply anything like that. Their response was to insult me by offering me $10 off on my next order. I mean, come on. I buy 3000 rounds of ammo from them in a six week period...and I get stuck with a "scratch & dent" case I paid $600 for...and they offer me a measly $10 off on my next order? Is that supposed to inspire me to buy another $600 case of ammo from them? At todays prices, how many rounds will $10 buy? Just to ship a case of ammo costs $20. Lucky Gunner if you are reading this...keep your $10...there will be no next order from me. You would have been better off not offering me anything...as I probably would have bought from you again. But to bribe me with a lousy $10 off is almost laughable. I had future purchases planned and we probably could have done a good amount of business in the coming years, but to know that I'm worth $10 to you kind of curbs my enthusiasm. I'll post my story...a screenshot of your email response...and photos of the case of ammo on every gun forum and review site that I can."
