"I made a order and got charged a higher price after they sent they the order. or a least they thought they were going to charge me more without my approval to do so. I use a one time use card to make internet orders and the only charge that can be made is the amount for the original charge. They want me to send it back becuase I refuse to pay more for their mistake. I said fine I would return it. Now I'm supposed to leave it on the porch for 1-5 days, becuase they won't give me a firm date of when they are coming. I said I would stick it out there, but wouldn't be here on any of those days to watch it. If it comes up missing then I'm not paying for it."

"Apply for one of our great financing. This is what they say on the site. So I did apply for a tv and camcorder. I was approved on the 6th of Dec and they want a loan fee to process it. So on the 9th I seen that a debit was made on my account for the amount said. Well it said that I would be contacted with-in 7-10 days with the contract, but I had no contact in alotted time, so I did a search and found alot of bad reviews on ripoffreport.com on them. So I emailed them about a refund and I got nasty replies saying I was somebody else. Very poor customer service and poor contact methods. Only thing that came out good of this is that they did give me a refund."
