"On 3 February 2015 I ordered an item that supposedly was in stock and would ship (usually) within 24 hours. As this was a gift for my grandsons birthday I paid for USPS 3 day Priority Mail. I received a e-mail the item had been shipped and my credit card had been charged. After a few days I went to the USPS tracking website and all I kept getting was " a shipping label had been created". After a few days of this and several e-mails to Xenon I called the Post Office and was told they had never received the shipment, so I called customer service at Xenon and the lady said she would cancel the order and re-order it with a new order number, this was on Friday 6 February. On checking the order status today I noticed they had the shipping address wrong-to Odessa California instead of Odessa Texas, this is on Monday 9 February. I called customer service, got a recording, left a message, and sent a e-mail telling them about the wrong address and informed them that if the situation wasn't cleared up and the item shipped by tomorrow I would cancel the order and request a refund. It is four hours and have heard nothing back from them so am waiting to see what happens. This is very poor service and will not order from them in the future."
