Blame the customer
"I tried 100 rounds of 9mm ammo from Luckygunner, Knoxville Tn. The ammo in question is made by /stelth/ based in Arizona. Every shooter knows ammo prices are quadrupled which adds to the frustration of dud ammo. About a dozen duds out of a 50 round box is unacceptable. Imagine a real self defense situation where you draw your weapon and all it does is click! If you're wondering, I fired 100 rounds of 2 other different brand ammo's this day, flawlessly. The main point is this company's customer service is below terrible. They blamed me and my weapon and instructed me to contact the manufacturer for resolution. I didn't ask for a refund. I want to ALERT the shooting community about this brand of 9mm ammo. Lucky Gunner can't be bothered with things like quality control, satisfied customers and return business"
