"I ordered a product from them a while back and everything went fine as expected, tell a friend of mine about the company and to order online and it didnt go well for him. So after he attempted to order the product twice with no success he asked me to order it for him with rush delivery. So when I tried to order the product with expedited shipping which was done late on a Sunday night everything seemed fine, the order went threw. Well on Wednesday I received a email that I didnt select a shipping option. After what took place with my friend I insisted they fix there mistake by sending the product asap for free. But like all **** companies they feel its my fault so they refused to do anything to retain me as a customer. Insisting I made a error until I pointed out one simple fact, why did the website allow me to purchase a item with no shipping information? A online company should have a decent enough website to not allow you to purchase a product without all the necessary information entered. After I pointed that out to the customer service person emailing me well all communication stopped which again is very typical of a **** company. So I am denying the transaction on my credit card and then my friend who ordered the product twice online never received any confirmation or product, But when he looked at his credit card they charged him for it both times. Well when he called lighters direct after he found out they charged him both times and they said they never received his payment, to make a longer story short he had to deny the transaction from his credit card to receive his money back and so did I. Will never use them again"
