"Started out by placing order for men's work boots. I placed order one day and everything seemed fine, then the next day I receive an email that's says they cancelled my order with no explanation. I immediately called and asked why and the guy told me they didn't have my size. I had ordered a 12EE. He said they didn't have that size but they had a 12, so I saidd I would go with the 12 and he placed the order with me on the phone. The guy seemed pretty nice but when he took my information, but come to find out he had my name wrong, as well as my email address, so not sure if he knew what he was doing or not, because when I gave him information, I would say like "r as in road, k as in kite, etc.", so he shouldn't have had any problem getting it right. Anyway, I got the boots pretty fast so I didn't think too much of it until my husband went to try the boots on and he said I can't even get my foot in. He looked at box and it said 8EE. How could anyone put 8EE on the order instead of a 12 is beyond me. Anyway, I immediately looked for paperwork and had none, so back on the phone I go. The guy I talked to this time immediately saw that my name and email address was spelled wrong and that's why I never got an invoice or any paperwork. So, he said he would email me the invoice, got it yesterday and my husband took them to the nearest Tractor Supply. He wanted the same boot, but they didn't have it, and said it was only online,
so he asked if they could order it and they said no!!! I feel we really got screwed all the way around. My husband picked out a much cheaper boot and they were supposed to be on sale too, but did not give him the sale price. I feel and know we really SCREWED big time!!! I called again when my husband got home because I was furious, and lady I talked to this time was DOWNRIGHT RUDE and I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT!!! Also, every time I called, I would wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Today, they told me estimated waiting time was 1 minute and I waited at least a half hour!!! I'll just tell you I am very disappointed in your customer service, and I know you have, definitely, lost my business!!! I think maybe you should take a better look at some your customer service people!!!!"
