I Did Not Receive My Tree Topper That I Sent For Repairs
"I purchased a Thomas Kinkade Holidays in Motion Rotating Illuminated Tree Topper: Animated Christmas Decor by The Bradford Editions in 2017 and was so happy with my experience at first. The next year when I put the tree up the tree topper stopped working randomly one night. I called and was told the tree topper was still under warranty so I sent it in for repair. I have not heard anything from them since, and it is now July (I had a baby on Christmas Eve and forgot to follow up with them). I contacted the Bradford Exchange today and was told that the tree topper was out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. I am so upset. They never even sent the original back to me or contacted me in any way. I will never purchase anything from this company again! Terrible terrible customer service. I cannot believe they wouldn't even send me back the original tree topper that I spent about $100 on. Buyer Beware!"
