"Placed an order at 1pm EST (11am their local time) - company gladly accepted $50 to ship via Fedex Overnight. They then proceeded to not ship until the next day. I needed clothing the next day for a trip I was taking the 2nd morning after. When I contacted them via their customer service email about receiving a partial refund on shipping, it took them 36 hours to respond. I was then denied any refund, offered no apology, and was told their same day shipping cut-off time is ** 9AM ** I have never heard of such an early shipping cut off time for any mail-order company. Why offer next-day service when you know you can't fulfill? Update: Answer to question about whether used Paypal. No, I had bought about 6 times before from DrJays, every time I used the same Amex card. (most of orders were $100-250) So I had prior history with company, already should have cleared any security checks, was shipping to verified address, should have been no delay."

"I have ordered from StubHub at least 8 times for tickets and have never had a problem. Almost all have been front or 2nd row tickets, very expensive, which always made me skiddish, but never disappointed. (always correct seats, print-at-home tickets have always been accepted at the door) I have always received tickets via FedEx in plenty of time for the event."

"Very surprised by the negative reviews. I have not ordered from Proflowers this year, but did many times in 2009, including for 2 people for Valentine's day. The flowers were always high quality, packaged very safely, shipped within 24 hours (or day specified) and arrived next day (from NJ to MD via Fedex) and always lasted quite a long time. Prices were always alot better than local."

"Placed an order for custom made diamond earrings, they comfirmed immediately, gave me a shipping date. Order shipped 3 days later by Fedex and arrived exactly when they said it would. Was packaged professional and safely, with lots information included. The blue jewerly box was "ok" but I wished they would give you an option for something nicer."

"I've ordered from skechers.com a few times over the last couple years. They promise to ship within 1 to 2 business days, with arrival in 4 to 8 business days. My orders have always gone out next business day, and arrived within 5 business days. Not bad for free shipping from CA to MD."

"One of the lowest prices for Nike running shoes I could find, only about $3 more than "questionable" vendors. I placed order at 12:07am (that's after midnight) on SATURDAY. I received product at 11am on MONDAY by UPS. Fastest shipping I've ever seen all my years of mail-order purchases. Genuine Nikes, safely packaged, with followup after the sale emails to make sure I was 100% happy. I've recommended Zappos to family and they've all experienced the same great service. My sister had a pair of shoes she just was not happy with and Zappos was extremely friendly about return and even paid for shipping back to them! (return shipping label emailed to her) Very few companies will do that!"

"Found buy.com was at least $25 cheaper for Orion cooker than anyone else, plus offered free shipping. At time of checkout I was offered a Buy.com Chase credit card for an additional $30 savings, which was immediately credited to my order, saving me $55 + free shipping over competitors. Item was shipped next morning (placed later at night) and arrived quickly and safely packaged. Very pleased."

"Placed an order for a 100ft wifi antenna cable, a slightly harder to find item. eCost.com was $50 cheaper than anybody else I could find, and had item in stock, unlike others that said availble in 3-5 days. They shipped item same day via UPS 3 Day delivery from CA, item arrived in MD 3 days later packaged very safely. I've placed quite a few orders and have not been disappointed. (felt compelled to write this review due to the negative reviews on here, seems alot of those are with refurb products, my product was new) Edit: I just found RR will only allow 1 review per company, so i was unable to leave additional positives. Just wanted to re-iterate that I've placed ~10 orders with them all with same day shipping, safely packaged (bought lcds and they were double boxed like they should be), at fair prices with fair shipping costs. I'm also very pleased that they accept Paypal, as it is hard to keep credit cards paid off quick enough with computer purchases and that gives me another option to pay."

"Ordered Thermaltake case on Thurs May 4. I ordered from them because they said item was IN STOCK. They are located in PA (I in MD), so 1 Day delivery. I needed for customer on Tuesday, so figured they might not ship same day, but even if shipped Friday, it would still be here Monday. Case did not arrive by Tuesday. Called, they said they would email me a tracking number right away. I never got tracking #, I called back, by then they were closed. Called next day, now already a day late, and it wasn't until then they told me that they lied about being in stock, that they actually drop-ship item from direct from Thermaltake. Ok.. well 4 biz day delivery from CA, so should be here today, Wed right? Yes. Then 5:10pm they send me a tracking number (after they close so I can't call) showing they just shipped item then. (4 biz days, or 6 days after I order!) so scheduled delivery is now Tuesday, May 16th. 7 BUSINESS DAYS LATE (12 days to get my order) Do not order from these people if you expect to get your order in a timely fashion. In stock means maybe we'll drop ship it 4 or 5 days later - that is NOT IN STOCK!!"
