"4 days after ordering a product there was no confirmation of a purchase. Upon calling the sales line I was informed that the product I ordered was on back order and that it would not come in until the end of the month (2-3 weeks). I asked the representative if we were ever going to be notified. He said "no, because we were supposed to have it in last week's order" and later told me that they sold me a product they didn't have because of a misunderstanding of their stock on their end. I asked for a different model of scope. They did not offer to pay for a shipping upgrade. So because of their mistake I am without my needed scope for another week.
If you are considering purchasing from this company I would make sure to call them and check availability of the product. Also, don't expect to hear from them if they screw up your order."
