"Your site does not identify what the problem is when a transaction doesn't go through. It just tells you it can't be processed but not why it can't be processed such as:
The shipping address doesn't match the card address (had to call your service to find this out) or the card number was input incorrectly. This should be easy since all sites I've been on will highlight an invalid card number."
