"I ordered a light blue tight fitted dress with embroidery on it for $499 and when it arrived it was beautiful. I tried it on after following the size guide and thought I would be a size 4 but I am only 5’1 so the size 4 made the bottom of the dress very long and very large on me the corset in the back is not even seen because we have to pull it very tight to make it fit and even when we do the straps and everything are still too big. I reached out to the tech support on the website and asked if I could exchange it because I knew the dress was “store credit only”. I don’t live anywhere near a store, and they said since I bought it before covid-19 happened that I couldn’t return or exchange it. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a differnt size which I don’t understand why I couldn’t do since I know that nobody was buying dresses at the time because everyone’s proms were getting cancelled. So I don’t understand why I couldn’t exchange or return it at the time and I still can’t now. The dress is wayyyy too big on me and at this point I’m just going to resell it and get a new one from a different site."
