"With the holidays coming up and many people doing online shopping, I felt I had to write a review of my bad experience with this website. Long story short, I placed an order 11/7 for two cell phone batteries and received an email that it shipped 11/8. The website states that orders delivered by USPS will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Not counting the 11th and 27th as holidays, today will be 14 business days, and still no order. They have responded to every email I have sent to them, but it seems like they keep putting me off. I just sent them another email to request a refund, we'll see what happens. I've done alot of online shopping over the years and have never had a problem, until now. Buyer beware I guess."
