Absolutely First Class Service!
"I ordered a Madrid Dual Torch Flame Cigar Lighter, which was shipped promptly by Lighters Direct. When it arrived in at my home in Canada I was looking forward to using a sleek torch lighter with a built-in cutter. Unfortunately, when I fuelled it for the first time and then tried it out, on first click I discovered that the fuel filler valve was leaking and so the lighter lit up from both ends. YIKES! Fortunately, I was paying attention and have quick reactions so no harm was done.
I sent an email asking whether I may have done something wrong. This was at 5:30 PM Pacific time, so about 8:30 PM Texas time. Within a half hour I got a return email asking whether I’d like them to send me a replacement. Impressive!
The replacement lighter arrived today and on unpacking it I noticed that the shipping notice in the package had a handwritten note.......”Replacement - inspect before shipping”. That, my friends, is thorough follow up on a customer service issue. Five Star Service from a Responsible and Reputable Vendor!!"
