"Didn't want to use anyone but the USCG.mil/nvdc site, but these crooks do everything possible to con the boater to thinking you are.
Paid my $$, never received renewal paperwork. Opened a dispute with cc company to get my money back. Use above website to save your money and avoid these clowns."
