I send the phone for reparation and disappeared
"I send the phone in warranty to Value Basket already almost 2 month ago, since it had a well known production problem, and they agreed to repair.
I didn't receive anymore any meaningful communication from them regarding the status of reparation.
If I write now I receive automatic reply. Also the phone number is not working..
I don't know anymore where is my phone,
En other time that I bought something from Value Basket, it was supposed to arrive in 5 days.. I received after 2 months.."
