Wasted 2.5 months waiting
"I waited 2.5 months for a hot tub cover before they canceled it. Wasted so much time waiting to use the hot tub until the new cover came and they canceled it. Also while it was being "made" as I thought it was, they pinged my credit card 6 times. I will not be returning to them and good luck if you do!"

"I thought OnSale was out to cheat their new customers during their HP Firesale. They didn't have stock for the order originally, but never shut down their site or amazon. Before I gave them a 1 out of 5 stars on response to inquires about the order. Now, since they have given users certain chance to re-order, I have received my order and was great service. They sent me an email after I ordered saying to call their customer support because I used a different ship to address than my billing address. I liked that they took this extra precaution to verify the information. I feel bad for giving them such a bad rating before because they really have made up for it. I will purchase from them again!"
