"I have been ordering the pre-filled plain lip balms. Not to sell, I am just addicted along with family members. I re-ordered 3 fish bowls (100 each). We noticed right away the lip balm had a terrible odor. I immediately wrote them about my concern and the response I got was "no refunds". I explained I was not looking for a refund but before I ordered more I wanted to be sure the problem had been corrected and more importantly, they were aware of it... no response. So then I called, got a very nice **** the phone who clearly was not "allowed" to discuss so I finally asked this question "is it possible you have changed your formula for the lip balms" she said "yes". What kind of customer service is this? You could have kept me as a customer and having made my own lip calms in the past, I might have been able to even help you figure out what was going on. I am moving on!! So sad and unnecessary."
