"Printcopia was one of only a few places I found that could actually print my pano photos from vacation. The end results were great and they were delivered on time. (the wait time seemed a bit long - especially since they indicated that my photos had been processed and completed within 24 hours of the time I ordered them.) When I got one - the cropping seemed very off...and I contacted them. They made it right - but the conversation was that it was somehow my fault - because they dont do any of the cropping themselves.... She did reprint for free - so I felt much better about the situation. (the reprint took only 2 days to get here - way faster than the original order!) My feedback to them would be to make the thumbnails of what a person orders (that get sent as a order verification) be clickable.enlargeable so we can see what you are processing- which would make it easy for us to contact you immediately if an image seems to not be "right". Beyond that - I would use them again, as it was a rather seamless process!"
